Most of the mushrooming counseling-cum-consulting centres in Jaipur are striving on a section of government officers who look for professional degrees without attending classes, required for promotions and increments.
TOI's reality check on these shops reveal that mostly employees from departments including education (higher and technical), PWD, PHED, RVVNL etc seek the services of these centres for degrees.
