Two persons were held here for their alleged involvement in a fake degree racket in Dr BR Ambedkar University here, police said today.
Manoj Tiwari, principal of Shanti Devi College, Mainpuri and his accomplice Brijesh Baghel were arrested yesterday from Tiwari's residence, Inspector Arjun Singh said
